Below is the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. This guide can help measure your level of sleepiness. Rate the following questions based on the scale below and tally your final score at the end.

Scale:
0 = No chance of dozing
1 = Slight chance of dozing
2 = Moderate chance of dozing
3 = High chance of dozing

Total Epworth Score

 

Scoring:
Total score of less than 10 suggests a normal to average level of sleepiness.

Total score of 10 or more suggests you may need further evaluation by a professional to determine the cause(s) of your excessive sleepiness.
